Raw Brownie Bites
Time: 10 minutes
- 20 dates, pitted
- ¼ cup goji berries
- ¼ cup cocoa nibs
- ¼ cup pecan pieces
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ cup cold water
- In food processor, pulse dates until paste-like.
- Add goji berries, cacao nibs, pecans, almonds and cacao powder.
- Process until smooth, adding cold water if necessary to help bind together.
- Divide into 6 pieces and roll into balls or flatten into bars.
