Raw Brownie Bites

No need to feel guilty for indulging in some brownies - we've got you covered with this satisfying sweet treat that's easy to whip up, totally raw, and gives you sustained energy for the afternoon!

Raw Brownie Bites

Servings: 4

Time: 10 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup goji berries
  • ¼ cup cocoa nibs
  • ¼ cup pecan pieces
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ cup cold water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In food processor, pulse dates until paste-like.
  2. Add goji berries, cacao nibs, pecans, almonds and cacao powder.
  3. Process until smooth, adding cold water if necessary to help bind together.
  4. Divide into 6 pieces and roll into balls or flatten into bars.
