Strawberry and Mint Slushie
Time: 5 minutes
- 2 cups very ripe strawberries, stemmed, halved
- 10 sprigs mint, leaves only
- 8 ice cubes
- ¼ to ½ cup cold water
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Combine all ingredients and blend until thoroughly combined. Serve immediately.
